Provide a Draw report with supporting photographys with a suggested action on the funding in accordance with the lenders requirements
Counsel
From time to time CAS is called upon to come in at different stages of projects to provide counsel when the project has taken a turn for the worse. A fair an objective review of the concerns is our goal and provide direction to all parties by utilizing our Industry knowledge and experience. Our goal is to keep all projects moving in a positive direction with as minimal risk as possible.

2. Property Condition Report
- CAS formats their PCRs in accordance with ASTM E2018-08
- Its highly recommended to have a PCR preformed before making a large investment of purchasing an existing building.
- CAS will do a walk through of the prospective property and provide an accurate and professional opinion of the current physical state of the property.
