About Rodney George
As a former licensed general contractor, I worked in the design-build environment for 20 years in Tennessee. My experience with design and construction are matched by only a few in the industry. This base of knowledge allows me to be very effect as a Construction Consultant for the last 10 years.
A life-long resident of Middle Tennessee, Rodney earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and formally served on the MTSU’s Construction Management Academic Advisory Board. That board was responsible for shaping and putting in place a new concentration of Commercial Construction Management. He received an associate’s in architectural engineering from Nashville State Technical Institute.
Rodney and his family reside in Murfreesboro, Tenn. He and his wife, Beverly, have one son, Matthew George, and a dog named Fred. They are members of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and are involved in other community activities in the Murfreesboro area.
